here's a site that might be useful.  It's useful for flying in 
general too.

http://waittime.tsa.dhs.gov

will give you the average and maximum time through the security 
checkpoints at any airport.

It's useful because times can vary a lot from one checkpoint to 
another and if the gates are in the same terminal - passing 
through any checkpoint will let you reach your gate.
