[RC] Riding Alone - Peggy B-Smith

Riding alone on an endurance ride is a heck of lot different than riding alone where you live.
At least at a ride, someone will come up and find your carcass if something happens, even if you are last - the drag rider will find you!

Where I live, hardly anyone rides up in the hills, and I don't have anyone to train with. So, I take my phone, have it on me and tell my husband exactly where I'll be riding. Since my mare is not exactly faithful, if I went off, she would take off - for home - to get help (yeah, right!)  So I tell my husband, if Dalite comes home without me, where to find my body.
