I have a CSI foam Endurance Pad. It came with a
used Saddle I bought. It was ok, but not great. It seemed to build up heat and
slipped around a bit more than I liked. It also made me feel more out of contact
with the horse? (thick). Since March, it has been sitting in my tack
room. I switched to a synthetic material wool like pad made by Stablegear
Tack. ( She is in the vendor list on Endurance.net) It is made out of the
stuff used in nursing homes for bed ridden people. It has worked
great. It is oversized enough to work with a western
saddle.
