[RC] Young horse trials - Donna Coss

Why would it be so difficult to feature "young horse trials" in conjunction with a selected ride at least once a year and
in each region? The same criteria that is used in France could be used and if it were regional, at least distance might not
be such a problem.

Start with maybe two or three of the more populated regions, to get the concept going and give the winning horses
good recognition, (even cash reward) so that if buyers are looking for "tested" horses they would know how to find them,
and make it worth the breeder's time and attention!

In the U.S. --the government is not interested in funding like the government
state studs in Europe. But maybe an additional $5.00 could be added to each AERC entry fee or even one dollar would
add up. Thee funds could be used to get the project up and running. After all, "a turtle only moves ahead by sticking
out his neck"!! *Start some where and just do it!
