Leonard ,now I can understand why France ,and by it ,other French speaking nations as well like your very own Belgium ,are consistently doing very well in FEI endurance .You guys have a built-in mechanism for success .Your system is industry driven for success and most obviously the benefit percolates downward to every level of the equine industry :owners ,riders ,breeders ,vets and saddleries etc etc .Who was the brilliant mind behind all this ?It cannot be an "accident" or collective brilliance ,usually this kind of bright spark cannot come a 'committee' decision .The late Monsier Dr Pierre Cazes ???
