The cord may have been unplugged. Look at the frost plugs at the base of the
block. One of them should have a connection for a cord. If not, you can buy
it separately and replace one of the frost plugs. You'll have to drain fluid
first, and make sure the plug is in properly. Antifreeze don't work so good
on the ground.
