Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

XP was the brand that they put on the Pony Express horses, so Dave just used 
it for his rides; it's a lot shorter than spelling out or saying the entire 
name.  It's also very catchy and easily remembered. Dave's original ride 
actually ran on 250 miles of the original Pony Express trail.  It's much 
harder to do now, as some of the route has been paved.  Sigh.....
