That would certainly be preferable to packs of unwanted ferals running around terrorizing all the poor horses waiting to be trucked to Mexico.
 
Are you also opposed to exportation of other meats by farmers or just the ones you don't particularly find welcome on your plate?

I guess if you think horse slaughter for human comsuption is OK then I guess you would be willing to accept dog slaughter of the thousands of unwanted dogs so that they can be consumed by people in other countries.
