regarding the number of times allowed to present - the FEI rules  

state that the rider has 2 chances. AERC has no such rule and we made  sure 
that every body understood that. 

OK, at Biltmore & OD it was enforced for all riders. So, if Biltmore or OD 
wants to have that rule next year, do they have to put it on their flyer (so we 
know before we come)...or can they simply present it in writing say...in our 
rider packets?

If I am able to do a 100 I'll have to take what I can get. But if I was 
deciding between a 50 there where it was enforced, or elsewhere it might make a 
difference if I knew beforehand.
