Hi Kristi

I am so glad you wrote the below post ...i am so getting mad when i read stuff about Parelli that is just a half Ass sentence or commend someone is sooo taking out of context.

I am a Parelli student....BUT i also follow Dennis Reis and other local horsemen and women here is TX. I just want to say that Parelli has put things in perspective for me. He made me understand " horse psychology " better.
I am from Germany and had many good trainers there ...but TEXAS is awsome ...we have great teachers of horse and humans here.
So why can't we all learn from everybody... and not point fingers ( that don't really know what they are pointing at ) in our pockets.

Keep it natural... ( heheh also something Pat says )

Sigh....Kat I normally enjoy your informative posts,
but I'm not sure why you felt the need to be so
reactive about this one. And your smiley face did not
match the tone of your post at all, so it doesn't
count! It seems to be fairly common on this list for
some people to read a post that they don't agree with,
make a bunch of assumptions, and then vigorously
attack or use sarcasm to pick it apart. A part of my
post was what you responded to, and yes, it's a quote
Parelli uses, but apparently I should have made my
post longer-winded and added that he then illustrates
his point by asking the audience "How many of you were
taught/told that you 'kick them to go and pull on them
to stop?". An awful lot of people raise their hands to
that one.

Geez people, why do some of you get SOOO bent out of
shape about anything that doesn't fit YOUR philosophy?
