[RC] Estes Park CO - Floyd Reid

Mary, I'm working on it. The following will explain where we are going.
The Sept 1964, ride was from Estes Park over Trail Ridge to Grand Lake, eight hours each way.
I was riding my 1961 National Top Ten Champion Stallion RAHYM.?
A Forest Ranger accompanied us for the three day event ... about 30 minutes before we reached Bear Lake, on our return the third day, the Ranger rode up beside me and stated, " it is my duty to inform you that stallions are not permitted in the National Park, but your boy has really behaved marvelously". More to follow.? ?? ?Floyd

Comment:

Please help me contact Robert Bigler who was in real estate sales in
1964, in Estes Park.
Please refer my inquiry to anyone associated with the Rooftop Riders, an
equestrian group of Estes Park businessmen who held a horse-back ride
over Trail Ridge Road.
I rode with this group, including Robert Bigler, in September 1964.
Thank you for your efforts. ? Floyd
