It's a good thing you weren't riding home with us, Dr. Q.  We had truck problems that required an unexpected overnight stay in Winslow, AZ.  While hubby rode into town the next morning with our host to get the truck, I went walking in the desert, looking for snakes...I caught an adorable little Hopi Rattlesnake that came home with us.  :) 

 

Spiders now...those are another matter...going through a web is cause for incredible acrobatics and a near-heart attack.  And if the spider actually gets on me...I totally freak out.  Angie's story about riding through all the webs gave me the heebie-jeebies.
