[RC] Dealing with Fill (windpuffs) - edna leigh libby

My 19 year old used to fill up but not get sore. I
just thought it was normal for her. However: my new 5
year old has windpuffs behind, both of them (left &
right) about the same. They get worse when ridden.
Tonight we were out for an hour of walk trot (80%
walk) they got worse. NOW I am worried. Should I be?
What causes wind puffs?
