Man's greatest fear is permanently losing the remote control, and having to actually get up to change the channel each time.
The women riders at Tevis confuse me, however. How can they train for a year, drive hundreds of highway miles towing precious cargo, saddle up in the dark, ride in dust as thick as pea soup amongst bucking and kicking horses, conquer Cougar Rock, ride along ridge lines that can kill them and their horse, stay awake for 30 hours or more to get to the finish line, and still be afraid of a spider?
I'm not spending any more time trying to figure it out. Dr Q
Is that the "X" factor we have been hearing about?
