Will the committees be required to archive their email discussions, keep minutes of their telephone conversations, take recorded rollcall votes on all positions, allow for minority reports, and provide these documentary materials to the FEI?

If not, then how will the worldwide endurance community ever know whether their concerns were even raised, nevermind addressed rationally?

Who from the US is on these committees? Which committees?
