Re: [RC] [RC] Thelma and Louise - Carla Richardson

If these people were taken to jail, the authorities would have confiscated the horses, and more than likely the county brand inspector and/or local auction house would have taken the horses into custody.  They'll not be released until proof of ownership can be produced.  They'll be fed and watered, but maybe not watched/monitored as closely as they might need to be, I'm afraid.

I have a question -- this person who has been in the Ridecamp list previously as a "rude rider" -- would someone who was at the Big Horn ride (or other ride) who has witnessed either abuse or neglect please file a protest?  This is extremely disturbing, this behavior is not "out of the blue" -- and now a horse has paid the price.  Suffered and died.

When something is spoiled and rotten, what do you do, you throw it out, when it starts to stink.  Why is this still an issue in an AERC ride?

I have a "little bay horse" of my own, and it makes me very angry and sick, to think that an innocent animal died, when it might have been prevented.

More like Paris and Britney.... now if the parents do not rescue them..........  Anyone know if the horses they had in tow are being taken care of somewhere? Hope they were not abandoned someplace.
