[RC] Gold Country - sandy rovaneI attended the Gold Country ride this weekend and wanted to give all the volunteers and ride management a great big thank you. There was food at the two out vet checks for riders as well as horses. The cookies were so good. Wonderful vetting by Dr. Morgan and his staff. It is a beautiful ride in Georgetown Ca at the Dru Barner Park. If you want a nice horse park to camp in give it a try. Lots of trails although not signed very good. While I finished with only 8 minutes to spare, I did finish and Mr. Man is now off to the Grand Canyon to hopefully finish is 5000 miles. There was even dinner when we got there and it was almost 7:00. Best rider dinner I have had.
