I ride a mare with a twist to her face - her upper lip is pulled up on 
one side & there is a tight line from that corner of her mouth up a 
ways.  It doesn't affect Miss Piggy's ability to eat at all, nor to be 
ridden in a bit.  I don't own her but I know that her owner did ask the 
seller about it & they didn't know how it had happpened either.  If it 
doesn't get better with time, maybe acupuncture would help.  It's 
possible that she tweaked her poll or something when she fell.
