I was using 100% cotton but found that the moisture does not wick away from
your body causing skin irritations and rashes.  I now use running shorts
that have a lot of wicking capability.  My pants are wetter but my chaffing
has decreased significantly.

And why is this for ladies only?  I know a lot of male riders that have the
same kind of issues with chaffing.  Oh yeah, Ace Hardware has the manly
thing for them (Monkey Butt Powder).  LOL!
