[RC] Does anybody know - Rusty Toth

Kat,

FEI had ruled on this, I am unable to find the article about it although I
knows its on this site somewhere. Steph, can you help?

If memory is correct they ruled that the drug test stands (Gold to France
and not the Dubai rider) however they did a slap on the wrist to the OC for
not handling it properly.
