[RC] AERC Lifetime Membership - Jan and Bill StevensAll-I've had several of you write inquiring about lifetime membership for AERC. The committee did bring this idea up, however, it was felt by the majority of the BOD that it would not be financially feasible. My question to all of you would be... What would you consider a lifetime membership to be worth? Say the average member pays $65/year and is an AERC member for 20 years (just for example)...so we're looking at $1300 at the 'regular rate' - of course I would suspect that your fees would go up at some point in that 20 year period, so lets make it $1500. Would you be willing to pay say $700? $800? $900 or $1000 for a lifetime membership? Thanks for taking the time to answer...
