ok, i got diverted from my main jobs today ... but I laid out a (very  
very very rough) google earth folder for the Florac path. You need to  
have google earth installed on your machine of course, but it is fun  
to do a fly through of the course just to get a feel for the elevations:

plus, they have done a very nice job on course maps (with elevations  
and anticipated times/distance charts etc.) at 32, they have a mature  
trail:)
