Yes agreed - I would be too; things happen and a caring rider is more concerned about the horse's welfare and would cringe at the idea that he or she "hurt" the horse. Sadly, some are not embarrassed that their horse was pulled so much as the fact that people know about it - otherwise why would they care what the pull code is or whether or not it is in writing? Kind of like the thief who is not sorry he stole but is terribly, terribly sorry he got caught.:)
