[RC] Shining Moon: Out on Loop 5 - John Teeter

Sasaki san and Dameon PJ (GiddyUp) are out on the 5th loop. This is repeat of the 4th loop (they've been there before). They were just leaving as the 2nd-5th riders were vetting for Gate 4. It's a 1 hour hold, so he has, over the past 2 loops, built @1hr of lead. Giddy Up looked great:

The second wave have not vetted into the gate. There is a compulsory re-check b/f going back out on Phase 5. It's 5:30 (pm) here now. with another 29km on Loop5, then 22km on loop 6 to the finish, everyone is getting ready for darkeness in @2 hours. It should be beautiful out tonight - a dark sky and lots of glowing (sticks) stars on the trail of the Shining Moon 100!!
