Hi Amber....except for rabies (required by WI law) I do not vaccinate
my dogs.  My dogs are also feed raw, they get a Nature's Variety Raw
Instinct which is a raw dry kibble, raw frozen rabbit and Honest
Kitchen, a dehydrated raw mix.

You may want to join some natural dog lists and see what they recommend.
