This MUST be in CA, TX would laugh them out the door!!!!!! Let's sue those dang bushes called palmettos, they spooked my horse, and the stag tree someone cut into a strange position, and those dang birds who just fly where ever they want to at an inopportune time, or the loose emu or deer or dogs............ to name a few of my personal spook adventures....

Many horses are taken out on the trail with too little training being ridden by riders with too little training.....

Which states do not have the Equestrian Activity Law???? Any one know?

WE ALL HAVE TO MAKE A RISK ASSESSMENT AND MAKE OUR DECISIONS ABOUT WHAT TO RISK THAT PARTICULAR DAY!!!!
