Re: [RC] (OT) Hoodia? - Chris PausI'm not really starving myself either. I eat pretty much what I want, just trying to eat a well balanced diet. Just not so much of it, LOL. I also use an online program called "Fitday" to track what I eat and how much exercise I get. When you start writing it down, and if you're honest, it's amazing how much we eat when we think we are not, LOL.
