it went down well enough for most (but not for all) and there is not a decision 
as yet as to how to specifically move forward. Once a month maybe part of the 
answer but it's not a done deal yet. Steph needs to figure it out.

Just "Vendor Day Announcement" or something like that will allow those who 
don't want it to filter that word, or just delete. I know myself, I don't have
