[RC] Advertisement from Australia! - Jay Randle

Hi All

Thank you, John, for allowing advertising messages for a brief window of time. I am happy to take advantage of the opportunity to tell you all about what I do here in Australia.

Splendacrest Endurance Training has been in operation for 6 years, and throughout that period I have had a solid 84% completion rate in competition. I train BOTH horses AND riders for the sport of endurance riding, and over 6 years I have trained 95 horses and 77 riders who have competed in over 500 rides for nearly 40,000 kms (25,000 miles).

I also subscribe to the AERC Endurance News magazine, mainly in order to keep abreast with what is happening in Nth America. The mag is delivered here each month, and is then read (devoured) cover-to-cover!!

An invitation is extended to all Nth American endurance riders to come to Australia and experience endurance riding here. I have many international clients, and would welcome the opportunity to show you the ropes Aussie-style! If you are interested, please contact me by email at: splendacrest@xxxxxxxxxxxx You can check out what we do at my website: www.freewebs.com/splendacrest

I am a firm believer in "what goes around comes around", and encourage "unofficial swaps" of horses in order to further my own and my riders' experiences. If you would like to participate in a "swap", please let me know.

I attended the Aachen WEG as the Assistant Crew Manager for the Australian Endurance Team, and found the experience just wonderful. I met several ladies who were crewing for the American Team, and would love to re-new those friendships. I intend to participate in the Australian Team effort in Kentucky in 2010, and also intend to travel to the US prior to that time in order to "get my bearings". For 9 years in my younger days I lived in California, however I was primarily involved with cutting horses back then..... but I've now seen the light, and switched to endurance!

At the moment I am following the discussions on "French electrolyte use" and the "30 minute recovery" with interest. Would love to comment, however our rules here seem to be quite different from yours. Again, if you're interested, just contact me.

Best regards

Jay Randle
