I've been stopped twice in GA the last two years. I think they are 
starting to monitor. One was right over the GA/FL border. The other was 
about Perry. They came up behind me on the highway, turned on the lights 
and checked my papers on the side of the road. I'd never been stopped in 
GA until about two years ago. I did run into a roadblock in on 411 near 
Chatsworth one night, but I think they were looking for something other 
than horses. I've been stopped on the highway in KY. Other than FL I 
haven't been or had to stop anywhere else.
