I've seen two great horses that move like this and I would not characterize either as "heavy on the forehand." One is probably the best all around horse to come out of FL. In his mid 20's he's still doing ranch work and driving his rider bonkers with his stunts. The second is one of the few 3000 mile horses in SE. Both seemed to drop down and really get under when the went wide - and get it done.
