COST:                        COLT STARTING            $350.00 PER HORSE

                                    HORSEMANSHIP            $350.00 PER HORSE

                                    ARENA FEE              $  25.00 PER HORSE

                                    SPECTATOR FEE            $  25.00 PER DAY

 

Thank you for signing up for the clinic. In order to secure your spot please send a non-refundable deposit of $100.00, check payable to B & P Neubert Enterprises Inc. Please include a separate (refundable) arena fee check for $25.00 payable to Penn Valley Rodeo Community Association no later than April 13th and mail to:

There is boarding, primitive camping and trailer parking at the rodeo grounds. Please let me know ahead of time if you are self- sufficient or what you will need for your horse. I have limited boarding available at my place and am located ½ mile from the rodeo grounds. Please bring your own water bucket and feed. All horses should board at the rodeo grounds or my place unless you plan to trailer everyday. You are welcome to arrive on Thursday and depart on Monday. Please call me on my cell phone when you are close to the area and I will meet you at the Rodeo grounds 530-559-5758.

The snack shack at the rodeo grounds will be open for coffee, pastries, snacks, lunch and beverages. Across the street you will find the Penn Valley Shopping Center, Glady?s Country Market offers deli sandwiches and delicious burritos. The Northridge offers pizza, pastas and fish and chips. We also have the Daybreak Café for breakfast and lunch. Weather permitting we will host a BBQ dinner for all clinic participants and their guest Saturday evening 6pm ? 9pm at my place. If you plan to attend let me know how many in your party and byob and byoc? booze and chair. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns. DIRECTIONS FROM SACTO: EAST ON HWY 80, NORTH ON HWY 49, APPROX. 24 MILES WEST ON HWY 20 FOR APPROX 7 MILES, LEFT AT THE FIRST SIGNAL PENN VALLEY ROAD FOR APPROX 1 MILE PROCEED THROUGH THE 3 WAY STOP, THE FIRE STATION WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT AND THE PENN VALLEY RODEO GROUNDS IS BEHIND THE STATION TURN LEFT IN THE NEXT DRIVEWAY.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM CHICO: SOUTH ON 99 TO HWY 70, LEFT ON RAMERIZ ROAD, RIGHT ON MATHEWS ROAD, LEFT ONTO HWY 20 HEADING EAST TOWARDS GRASS VALLEY, TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST SIGNAL PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD, MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT ONTO PENN VALLEY ROAD PROCEED TO THE THREE WAY STOP AND TURN RIGHT, THE FIRE STATION WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT AND THE RODEO GROUNDS IS BEHIND THE STATION, TURN LEFT IN THE NEXT DRIVEWAY.
