Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I've just downloaded the UMECRA entry form and see they have an 
ascension number blank. I thought in the past I always put my coggins 
serial number there. I see on my coggins form there is an accession 
number next to the serial number. Maybe I'm having an elderly moment, 
but which number are they asking for or is it something totally different?
