Re: [RC] Horse fun - Shannon ChastainI agree my 12 year old gelding and my Rottie play chase and my 22 year old mare looks at them like they are dumb to waste their energy. Her fun part of the day is having someone scratch her face. Shannon Missouri On Fri, 6 Apr 2007 01:59:39 -0700, Ed Roley wrote My daughters first pony(don't know what type) was truly a "back yard" pony. His name was Buck and he came by the name honestly. He used to "play" with the neighbors German shepherd. They would be on opposite sides of the cyclone fence and the pony would paw at the fence and try to nip the dog and the dog would bark and try to nip the pony and after a few minutes of the back and forth play Buck would take off and run full speed around the 1 acre back yard a couple of times and return to the fence to play with the dog. It was fun for us to watch from the back deck and it sure looked like he was having fun. My horse would play tag with my wife's Great Dane in the pasture with one chasing the other alternately until one or both tired out. Yeah, I think horses have fun. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
