Congratulations to everyone...and I do mean EVERYONE...those who completed, those who pulled, the volunteers, and especially Kat, for pulling this all off.  It sounds like an incredible effort.  I hope you will consider doing it again, once you all rest up (and get your vehicles repaired).  <G>  I'd love the chance to do it...it sounds like one heck of a ride!!!

Thanks to everybody who came and took a chance on me as a first time
ride manager with a completely untested course; and all the volunteers
(outnumbered the riders about 3:1) who made it happen.

p.s.  The course had a cumulative elevation gain of +/- 17,000 ft (not
the 18,000 or 19,000 spoken of by kim and lynne); and since they
finished where they started, it also had +/-17,000 ft of descent. Here
and there a few yards at a time between all the ups and the downs, there
was maybe a mile of flat ground.

p.p.s.  I had another flat tire today when I went back up in my truck to
pick up the last two water barrels on Indian Truck Trail.
