I agree with you and in fact, it was the main thrust of my scenario. The public will not split hairs on this and the politicians will do whatever they think will get them the most votes (yeah, I know, I'm a cynic). Of COURSE AERC is at risk if things sour at a world televised Endurance Race.


However, because I am not intimately familiar with how or if AERC provides money to either USEF or FEI, it was improper of me to make the money comment. My follow up was an apology to Ridecamp for having said something glib that I couldn't back up with facts.
