RE: [RC] [RC] How I was(n't) recruited - Jody Rogers-Buttram - Katrina Mosshammer

I'm in the same boat Jody. I'm the youngest of 5 and every body else rode CTR (pre-AERC). Mom, joined AERC that first year and I informed her (little 6yo me) that I was not interested in CTR at all, it was totally endurance for me! Rode my first AERC ride when I was 8 and never looked back! I love this sport!!

[RC] How I was(n't) recruited - Jody Rogers-Buttram

I wasn't recruited....my mother was already doing the sport.  She found out about it because she worked
for a vet that was vetting the old Alabama ride.

So, if you are recruited by a ride vet, does that make my family some kind of "early ride royalty" ????

Jody  (who knows what part of royalty she most likely is...the hind end  !!! )
