RE: [RC] Who uses BC2A's? - Lauren Horn

I started using them on my horse only because I saw and felt what it was doing for me.

I use the human version and I pour some powder in my water bottles (usually use Propel). When I use the stuff I am so less sore. I can do a multiday with no problem but it was a big wake-up call when I did a one day 50 and didn't use the BCAA and I was so sore I could barely walk. (Granted my horse was a tough one to ride) I won't do a ride with out it now.

For my horse? I have no idea but I'm hoping it helps. I don't think you can really overdose your horse on the stuff as you can with pro- biotics or electrolytes, but I may be wrong.

That's my experience with the stuff.

Lauren
