Re: [RC] Splints - Don Huston

Hello Roxanne,
I thought the same thing and did ride the 100 and the next 50 with splint boots and there was not a mark on them after either ride and no filling either. I did not use splint boots on the back-to-back 50's (I couldn't find the suckers and still can't) but thought no problem because there was no indication at all of interference but of course he ended up with 2 weeks of puffiness. So.....I will be using "new" splint boots when riding, maybe the support or added heat helps, I don't know.
