Personally, I prefer one of the high ties that mounts on your trailer, but if you really want to highline Hill View Farms sells a thing that goes over the receiver of your truck hitch and makes a highline tie off point.? Of course, you'd want to put those blocks in the rope so that your horse couldn't get within biting distance of your truck :)
