[RC] article about endurance - Kerry GreearI just returned from a splendid trip to California (Santa Barbara, Carmel, Sequoia via Vegas) with my family. When checking into a hotel not far from Bakersfield, I picked up an awesome-looking magazine called the Antelope Valley Lifestyle. To my suprise, there was an article and pictures about endurance riding!!!!The article featured Debbie Stevens and her daughter, Jaymi McMillan, who ride and also work on saving trails and manage the Save Our Trails Endurance Ride. There were several pictures of these awesome women and their horses. This article showcased how energetic and caring endurance riders are! This type of positive publicity helps our sport in so many ways. Thanks to these fine women and my kudos to the Antelope Valley Lifestyle magazine!
