They have all kinds of info on places to stay overnight w/ your horse and 
it's searchable by state.

Also, as long as you take your horse out every 3-4 hours for a few minutes 
to stretch her legs, offer her water, etc., she'll be fine. Having Thursday 
night, and all day Friday will give her enough time to recover from the trip 
for the ride.
