I just went to this site, and it also told me that I had already taken the survey.  I most certainly did not. 
 
The administrators might want to know that their survey protocol is flawed.

If you ride or breed Arabian or half Arabian horses for distance, if you register them or not, have any sweeps horses or not, belong too AHA or not, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT SURVEY FOR YOU!
