I would NOT take anything John Lyons says about horse physiology as 
necessarily true.  How does he KNOW the horse has a pain in it's lungs?  Did he 
ask it? 
He may be a great trainer, but that doesn't mean he actually knows anything 
about the insides of a horse.  jeri
