[RC] Riding in NYC - Soli Sorokin

Does anyone know the local laws and rules governing equestrians in
NYC? For example, are there laws about where you can and cannot ride
within the city, right of way laws, or anything related?

And if anyone has done this, is it possible to find parking to trailer
into the city? How would it most easily be accomplished? Horses are
generally prohibited in tunnels and on major interstates, so one would
have to trailer in, I'd guess.

After a lifetime of riding in the country, I'm a bit curious what it
would be like to ride through major cities.
