[RC] Santa Fe Horse Race? - L gin

Anybody seen this, it has been advertised on RFD-TV after ...... Does have Courtney Hart and Susan Kasemier.....and vet controls... but the Mustangs part is strange. Are they just 'breaking" them now and who is going to condition ride , train them in 7 months.....?
Wonder if this is really going to happen? If it will work or be a disaster? Seems rather "all encompassing" .................
