maybe you could try a different kind of boot. Easyboot bares only take a couple of seconds to put on and take off.

I agree that figuring out how to do everything efficiently takes some
practice! I have not been wrapping Dino's legs for rides at home and
there hasn't been any rubbing so try that. It sure cuts down on prep
time! I've also learned to keep all the tools I could possibly need
together in a bucket. Do try putting boots on his hinds too and let us
know what you find!
