RE: [RC] TX hay supply??? Group purchasing??? - Chastain, Shannon L.

We have lots of Brome in this area anywhere from $2.00 to $3.00 dollars a bale (55 to 80 lbs) let me know if anyone wants a suppliers name.

My husband works in the Trasp/Logistics industry and does these kind of moves all the time...container, whole trailer, etc.  I'll see what he says.

Holy Cow!!!  I'm glad I live in Ohio... $2-4 a bale here.  Maybe you all should get together and have a 52 foot trailer of hay brought to you.  Might be cheaper.  Heck at the prices you're paying you could rent a train and have it hauled out to you that way with multiple trailers on it and turn around and sell it!  Yikes.
