Here is how it works.  There is a LSRP which is the "lowest" 
suggested retail price that dealers are allowed to sell our products 
at without jeopardizing their relationship with EasyCare.  This 
particular Ebay vendor is clearly selling below that amount.  What 
that does it is makes both consumers angry (who purchased products at 
MSRP), and it makes the dealers angry who are abiding by the rules 
and not under selling below the LSRP prices.  Dealers are able to opt 
to sell within the allowed range -- exact pricing within that range 
is their choice to make, and it is monitored by us (we've already 
been trying to resolve this particular issue) so that this kind of 
thing doesn't happen.

The warranty is certainly valid with every other online and offline 
retailer, that is legitimately selling EasyCare products.
