Re: [RC] Pain and stiffness after a 50/it can be prevented somewhat! - rides2far

I am get very sore across my shoulder in the back do you know what
maybe causing that?
Shannon

When that happens to me it's because I have a dag gummed horse that wants
to go a heck of a lot faster than I do for 50 miles! :-) It could still
be the feet out in front of you thing. If you're leaning forward and
tensing your muscles to hold your body up it causes you to have to tense
up those muscles. Take a picture of yourself trotting and see if you're
having to lean forward at the waist to be over your feet.
